I got rhinoplasty surgery a month and half ago. Last Wednesday my nose started feeling weird , I didn't think anything of it but that it was part of healing process, well it started getting red and swollen , I tried getting a appointment but there full and for some reason I couldn't get a hold of my doctor , this Wednesday I have a 6week post op my nose look swollen red tender Warm and little painful , is it infection. I tried to get in earlier but when I called I couldn't talk to doc for some reason

Cartilage can shift after untreated trauma but this is far less likely after a rhinoplasty. It is optimistic to hope that the nose will shift back to normal after an injury.
