If cartilage in the nose is weakened or out of place (septum, upper lateral cartilages, lower lateral cartilages), can this change over time? I have heard of cartilage moving AFTER rhinoplasty so why not after trauma. If this is possible how long does it take? Surely if your nose is in an incorrect position, won't it try to fix itslef?

Hi there, thanks for the
question. Rhinoplasty surgery can be a
complicated surgery, and it is hard to answer your question without an exam and
further discussion about what your goals are, and 3D imaging. My frank opinion is that if you are
considering rhinoplasty surgery, whethere or not you...
I highly doubt that a pinch of your nasal tip disrupted any results that you had from surgery two years ago. If there is swelling or bruising then perhaps you should see your surgeon to reassure you.
