Dear Elsa,It is certainly possible to have a labiaplasty and BBL performed simultaneously. The recovery might be a bit difficult for the first few weeks as I do not allow my patients to sit or put pressure on the buttocks for 2 full weeks. Managing labial incisions is not easy when you can't sit on your backside. Good luck!
