Dr. Burns and his team are incredible! They are all extremely helpful, educated, and go above and beyond to answer questions and ensure the patient or potential patient is comfortable and informed. Every single member of the team spoke highly of the doctor and his bedside manner was soothing. He answered every question I had and ensured I was happy and sure about the size I wanted. The nurse informed me that multiple friends of her have gone to Dr. Burns for breast augmentation too and they were all satisfied. They made themselves available after hours to ensure that all my questions were answered and I felt supported in the recovery process.

I am 5'6'' and weight 130 pounds. I've been debating a breast augmentation for about three years now, but decided to go with Dr. John Burns due to his great reviews and his amazing before and after pictures. I am scheduled to go into surgery on July 18th.

A few months ago, I met the doctor and his team for my consultation. One thing I loved was getting to see my body with 3D imaging. I am such a visual person, so at my other consultations I had struggled not being able to physically see what certain sizes would look on me.

I'm still very unsure as to what size I want to go with. Although I have the 3D images, it's hard to imagine what would be "too much" or not enough when wearing clothes... I'm feeling so stressed about the decision, but I know Dr. Burns will help me out.

Today I got my breast augmentation. Ended up getting 375cc on each side. Everyone was so welcoming this morning and put me at ease. The surgery itself only took 25 minutes, and I was heading home 45 minutes later. Loving the results so far!

I arrived at 6AM for a 7AM start time. Staff made me feel so comfortable. I struggle with anxiety but didn't feel any of it being there. Went with 375cc after debating between 350-400cc. Sore in the center of my chest but on a few medications which are helping! I am up and walking, which feels fine. My breasts are very hard and numb right now, but I'm giving myself time to heal. Once they drop and fluff, I know they will look amazing. I was very happy to see that they are proportionate to my body... I was worried about them looking too big! As of now, limited bruising and pain. I'll keep everyone updated throughout the next few months!

I'm officially 7 days post op. I decided to stop hard drugs on day four, and have been on Tylenol for the last three. Overall swelling has gone down a TON. I'm still very sore though, specifically at the incision spots. The bra I have to wear sits on it, so I try to stack extra gauze underneath.

My boobs and nipples were completely numb up to day five.... Some feeling is starting to come back in the breast tissue and my right nipple.

A lot of changes happening. Skin is hypersensitive in some places and still numb in others. Shocked with how much my boobs are changing within just a few days. I am currently only taking Ibuprofen to help with leftover soreness and swelling. I am really starting to see how they will look and I love them!

My experience with Dr. Burns was excellent. He is a highly skilled surgeon with extensive experience and genuine care for his patients. I went from having a completely flat chest to about a B cup after undergoing two rounds of fat transfer. The entire process for both rounds was incredibly smooth. I am extremely pleased with the results. I truly appreciate and am impressed by Dr. Burns' exceptional work in both liposuction and fat transfer. Any experience I’ve ever had with Dr. Burns has been positive. He is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. I have come to know him over the years and he is not only the best Plastic Surgeon I know, he is kind and giving. He will make you feel like you are his only patient.

I’ve been wanting to enhance my breast size since college. I am a curvy size 4 but my breast size never seemed proportional. I consulted with 5 different surgeons and finally decided to take the leap. I am so grateful to Dr. Burns and the entire team for such a smooth process. He was the kindest surgeon and answered all my questions with confidence and logic, while also displaying a humility that I didn’t find anywhere else.

I decided on 385 cc high profile silicone gummy Natrelle implants. They look just perfect on my frame. I’m 5’5 125 lbs. 32B. Originally I was thinking 310 cc but I’m so glad I chose bigger! If you are in between a range, choose the bigger one.

The surgery was short and without issues. The first few days have been painful, but by day 5 I’m off pain meds. I’m using an orthopedic pillow to sleep on my back. I hit the gym for mild cardio. I’ve had help to walk my dog. I’m not lifting anything heavy.

I’m so excited with my decision and cannot wait to heal. This is the single biggest investment I’ve ever done in myself outside of education and I’m feeling AMAZING. I have an incredibly challenging life and this has been a true blessing. Only good things to come!!!

I had two surgeons recommend a lift in addition to the implants, because of the shape of my breasts. My goal was increased volume/fullness and proportion to my hourglass shape. I didn’t have extreme deformity that medically necessitated correction. And I didn’t want scars on my breasts. I knew my general shape would be maintained and I’m totally okay with that. Understand what you want from the beginning and you’ll find the right surgeon for you! I love my results and am happy I listened to my instincts:)

For my 27th birthday I decided to treat myself to getting my breasts done. I did a lot of research into doctors in the area and had one consultation before meeting with Dr.Burns but once I did the decision was easy. He was extremely professional, listened carefully to what I was looking for and answered my questions. He also has super supportive and kind nurses and staff who were great guides along the process and just genuinely nice people. Both the process and results were better than I ever expected. Would recommend Dr Burns to anyone looking for great care and results!
