Is it okay to wear a thong undergarment?

I think the most important thing you need to understand about the Garment is having pressure in the correct places Helps Prevent problems. Depending how early after the procedure!
I usually recommend wearing nothing or a spanx, like lower undergarment. Even a thong or other small underwear may leave an annoying groove when worn for hours over healing tissues, especially hip areas. I would be cautious for the first 3 months about wearing any garments with a narrow elastic band for more the a few hours on areas that are still swollen after your procedure.Christian Drehsen, M.D.

Thank you for your question. It is my pleasure help you with your concerns. I recommend you buy a customize garment. Because it is necessary have the compression the garment offers around the butt, remember after liposuction one of the big concerns is the retention of fluids.
