Can my asymmetrical ears be corrected? (photos)

Based on your photos, you appear to have a well-formed anti-helix on both sides, and perhaps your conchal bowls are deep causing your ears to protrude, more on your right than your left. Otoplasty surgery with Conchal setback sutures may be considered for allowing your ears to be less visible on front view and for improving upon your ear symmetry. I hope this helps! Hi! The height of the ear on your face cannot be fixed as this is determined by your facial skeleton - and everyone has facial skeletal asymmetry. Imagine that your ear is connected to the ear canal that then goes into your hearing organs in your brain and now you are trying to shift the ear -- the canal and hearing organs cannot be shifted with the ear, so this is where you run into that issue. As for the protrusion, that is something that can be addressed with an otoplasty. I also think that if you maybe had less protruding ears then maybe the height discrepancy may be less noticeable to you too.
