33M- White European here (non-native english speaker) Hello all, I would like to correct the upper part of the left ear. I am not sure if it is protruding but I don’t like the shape and this part looks more underdeveloped than the other one. It is not a catastrophe but I want to correct this. My question is: Is it possible to fix this without permanent sutures, e.g. only with the eliptical skin excision? Please let me know if this could work as I would like to avoid permanent sutures. Tnx
