Breasts dislocated - how can this be fixed? (Photo)

I got a mammogram at Duke University and I don't have cancer., I've dislocated my breasts, and I can provide a picture. I just had a PA from Duke tell me that there's nothing they can do.

I would think you could achieve a full breast with fat grafting. We should be successful with another round with adequate volume and proper technique. Seems like DIEP or other flaps would be a salvage option. Thank you.
