Two rounds of fat grafting - Unsure of next steps of breast reconstruction? (Photos)

I have received two rounds of fat grafting as per my breast reconstruction (320ml R, 370ml L) but I'm still looking for more upper pole fullness, feminine shape and volume. I have a A cup now and my goal is B/C but most importantly a round, natural and feminine shape breast. I feel like I am still not there, what would give me the results that I am looking for? I have wondered about more fat grafting to receive more volume, implant or DIEP/other flaps. I would prefer to use my own tissue.
