Correcting Breast Asymmetry with Minimal Scarring and Highest Nipple Preservation - Is that even possible? (Photos)

Question

Looking for the closest to natural-looking breast method with the least amount of scarring that has the highest chance of preserving the most nipple sensation. I'm open to implants but would prefer that be a last resort option as long as it does not involve vertical scars. And if two procedures are required, would you recommend doing them at the same time or separately, and if it's the latter, how much time in between is recommended?

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for your question. The best option to retain sensation is a slight breast reduction/lift using "Autologous" technique. that means the majority of the breast mound is left intact, but sutured higher on the chest wall. You won't have an augmented look, but a much prettier breast with a high likelihood of retaining sensation. Best wishes to you.

If you want more volume, implants can be added. If you want a lift, you will need the vertical scar. Any other type of lifting will not be adequate and not give the best shape. Implants can be done at the same time as the lift.
