Underwent nipple Sparing, double mastectomy in 2018 and had Natrelle SRX-580 memory gel implants inserted. Decided it would better to have Mentor Boost-especially since the new cohesive gel are so soft. Would like to be larger—since all I am is implant—and try to get them a little closer together. I actually like the “fake look” if you want to call it that so trying to be natural is a ship that has already sailed. I am now 47, 5’6” and 118 pounds. The base diameter of my current implants is 13.5 cm and the projection is 6.4. They are partialy under the muscle. Overall I have been extremely pleased. The Boost implant is also high profile, smooth/round with a base diameter of 14.4 cm and a projection of 6.4 cm. I am increasing the base by less than a cm and projection by two tenths so I don’t think this placement will be a problem. What do the doctors here think?

I would think you could achieve a full breast with fat grafting. We should be successful with another round with adequate volume and proper technique. Seems like DIEP or other flaps would be a salvage option. Thank you.
