I have attached two photos. One with my head straight and the 2nd one with my head tilted back about 20 degrees. I am a fit 42 year old, exercise once a week, do not do high impact exercises. My face has 'fallen' the last two years and I'd like to get rid of these saggy jowls. What would you recommend? I am open to a face lift or any other less evasive procedures. I don't want a temporary solution. I'm really looking foward to your responses. Thanks so much!
