Temple lift to pull eyes/eyebrows outward and up. Not full blown eyelid surgery. Please help with options.

I posted a question about this the other day but most of the responses were referring to eyelid surgery. I am not looking for traditional eyelid surgery. I am interested in information pertaining to delicately pulling (temple lift), or a small incision only on the outer corner to lengthen the eyes. I like my eyelids. I only want to visually adjust the length and possibly pull outer angle up a bit. My eyebrow tends to sit a little low. Temple lift seems like it might work.

A limited brow lift in the lateral portion of the forehead will elevate the brows to open up the sides of the eyes.  Based on the photographs it appears that she wants all of the eyebrow to be lifted up. If you want that look try some Botox/Dysport to the outer corner of the brow which will elevate the temporal brow.  If you like the way that looks, you can consider a temporal brow lift.

If anything Botox to test it out laterally may be worthwhile. It lasts for about 3-4 months.  Good luck.
