Correcting facial asymmetry. What is the most minimal and cost effective option?

I am really bothered by facial asymmetry and lack of projection in the forehead and Midface area. I have a class three malocclusion with anterior crossbite -- and although it's not terrible, it is enough to be cosmetically unpleasing. Have talked to a maxillofacial surgeon and rhinoplasty specialist and rhino said to make sure to do maxillofacial before doing rhino. I honestly think I need a forehead implant, rhino , jaw surgery , but am wondering what is the most minimal and cost effective ?
