sherezada9,Recovery is generally rapid after liposuction of the knees, particularly with straightforward tumescent approach, where bruising and swelling should be relatively small, and simple compression with ace bandages is feasible, rather than a full formal garment, unless lipo of areas above is also done. Even with swelling that may be more gradual to resolve, the discomfort level is usually low.  This should almost certainly allow you to return to full activity by 2 weeks after knee liposuction in most instances.  I hope that this helps.
