I'm 37 years old, in good shape and looking into possibly getting inner knee liposuction along with my breast augmentation procedure. However, I am concerned about the possible recovery time of the knee lipo. I am a performer and will need to be on stage singing and lightly moving around two weeks after the procedure. Will I be able to do this with knee lipo? Or will I still have too much joint pain/swelling/bruising by the 2-week mark?

Answer: Swelling/recovery time for knee liposuction
I suggest posting before and after photos and speaking to your physician or seeing an expert for a second opinion if you are concerned. It takes 3-6 months to see the ultimate results. you may need additional contouring and/or gland removal based on your description. Best, Dr....
Thank you for your question. Swelling of the ankles and knees after liposuction takes longer than other areas of the body. Removal of 250cc from the calves and ankles is a reasonable amount for that area. Final results take 6 months. Discuss your concerns
with your surgeon....
If the photograph provided is your own I don't really think there may be any therapy available. If you pinch an area and there is less than 1 inch between your fingers liposuction will probably have no benefit. Outside of liposuction any other body contouring therapy is probably worthless.
