What's the best treatment to make my waist smaller? I'm not over weight but my mid section is straight up and down (Photo)

I model full time and am to the stage now where I'm considering going under the knife to make my waist smaller, however I can't really afford that much down time. I've seen a number of non advasive procedures available but do they work? Basically I have no shape to my waist, I'm not over weight and I eat well, I just need the shape improved drastically. Especially in the industry I'm in.

you are very thin so be careful with overly aggressive liposuction.  In your profession even the slightest contour irregularity can be a big problem.

Dear sarahFrom the photographs, properly directed liposuction can help create a longer torso shape and break above your pelvis and can improve the shape of your waistline elongating your mid-body. Unfortunately, there will be down time and as you know well, modelling is hard physical work, you will need 3 weeks or so to recover to be able to go back to work. Best of Luck!!

If the photograph provided is your own I don't really think there may be any therapy available. If you pinch an area and there is less than 1 inch between your fingers liposuction will probably have no benefit. Outside of liposuction any other body contouring therapy is probably worthless.
