Should I still have swelling 2 months after ankle and calf liposuction?

i had lipo on calf and ankles just under 2 months ago. 4 weeks after surgery my legs looked a lot thinner than they are now! I see no difference at all. my surgeon said she took around 250 cc from ech leg .. is that enough? am i swollen or are these my final results??

If the photograph provided is your own I don't really think there may be any therapy available. If you pinch an area and there is less than 1 inch between your fingers liposuction will probably have no benefit. Outside of liposuction any other body contouring therapy is probably worthless.

You are an excellent candidate for liposuction. From the photographs it looks as though your quite fit. The skin over the area in question is in good condition. The amount of fat to be removed is relatively modest. You should expect an excellent result.

Swelling in the connective tissue after liposuction can create banding. This is more likely to occur if ultrasound or laser is used. This will improve with time.

Liposuction would probably be the best solution to asymmetric flanks.  I do not believe hormonal influences would have contributed to the asymmetry but this can affect overall weight changes.
