You should ask your surgeon to make it right.  A meeting with your surgeon to review the results and your expectations is a prerequisite to asking for your money back.  Ask first, why the results did not meet your expectations

Post op you can use baby shampoo and baby oil to help manage the itch and dandruff. After 2 weeks you could begin to use dandruff based shampoos.
