Can I ask for a refund for my hair transplant if I'm unhappy with my results? (Photos)

I've had 2 hair transplants from 2 different doctors. I liked my 1st hair transplant result from 3 years ago. But for my 2nd procedure, I got a very poor result (The 2nd doc is actually on RealSelf). I'm very upset that I lost $16,000 on close to what I'd say is a 15% transection rate. I tried contacting him, but he stubbornly thinks I have a good result. He hasn't replied back when I calmly asked for next steps. What can/should I do?

You have hair thinning an minimal shedding. That means that there is VERY small room for grafts to be implanted without damaging surrounding follicles. So for th emeantime, stay away from hair restoration procedures. Find an expert doctor, get into a medical, FDA approved treatment for hair...
