Dear suyung2582,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but most plastic surgeons will suggest you to remove the implant before liposuction. Once you are fully healed, you can get it placed again. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Usually upper arm liposuction is done on the outer portion of your arms only as that is the safest place for it. The nerves and vessels run more on the inner aspect of the arm (also where your implant is), and therefore that area is usually avoided with liposuction. So it should be OK to leave it. However, you would need to confirm with the surgeon you choose.
