We cannot change the underlying musculature and bony frame significantly although there may be hope!. Your plastic surgeon will assess areas that can be liposuctioned especially in the waist region to assess how much change can be made in this area. Your plastic surgeon may also determine that you are a better candidate for another procedure such as abdominoplasty if it is determined that the muscle layer can be improved and if there is redundant excessive amounts of skin. I have also found that fat grafting in the hip region can add nice curves in this region and restore a more feminine contour.
