Are there any surgeries to soften my Inverted Triangle body shape and make it look more feminine?

I have broad shoulders and big breasts but I'm narrow in the hips and I have skinny legs. My chest (thorax?) is quite wide. Also the bone structure of my arms is very very big, I have huge hands and very long arms and I feel very ugly about it. What type of surgery can I get to soften my features and make my body more feminine? I'm a woman, 21 years old. 58 kg 173cm

If one has wider shoulders and thinner hips and is attempting to make their body frame more feminine appearing, a good consultation with a plastic surgeon is essential. We cannot change the underlying musculature and bony frame significantly although there may be hope!. Your plastic surgeon will assess areas that can be liposuctioned especially in the waist region to assess how much change can be made in this area. Your plastic surgeon may also determine that you are a better candidate for another procedure such as abdominoplasty if it is determined that the muscle layer can be improved and if there is redundant excessive amounts of skin. I have also found that fat grafting in the hip region can add nice curves in this region and restore a more feminine contour. It would be wise to discuss this with a plastic surgeon that has experience in fat grafting as a possible add-on alternative.

However, liposuction may be a reasonable option to contour those areas of concern.
