can I get my wisdom teeth removed and a rhinoplasty at the same time? I have to go under general anesthesia for my wisdom teeth anyways, is it possible to just compound the procedures?

There is no risk with taking the medication and having a rhinoplasty. Having osteoporosis would not exclude you from being a candidate for rhinoplasty. We would encourage you to see your primary care physician to get clearance before proceeding though.
