can I get my wisdom teeth removed and a rhinoplasty at the same time? I have to go under general anesthesia for my wisdom teeth anyways, is it possible to just compound the procedures?

Rhinoplasty and wisdom teeth removal at the same time?  These are normally not done at the same time. The rhinoplasty should be done by a rhinoplasty specialist and not an oral surgeon who would be removing your wisdom teeth.

Can be and have done when coordinated with an oral surgeon familiar to the plastic surgeon. There are plastic surgeons with degrees in dentistry as well as medicine who may be able to do both procedures for you

If your PS can coordinate with an oral surgeon colleague then there is no medical reason why the wisdom tooth could not be removed right after/same time with your rhinoplasty.

A rhinoplasty is usually performed by a facial plastic surgeon/ plastic surgeon and wisdom teeth are removed by oral surgeon. While it is potentially possible to perform both together, they're typically performed separately. Wisdom teeth are usually removed under local anesthesia with sedation in the office setting,  while a rhinoplasty is performed under general anesthesia in outpatient ambulatory surgery Center
