Am I a candidate for Buccal fat removal? (photos)

Hi I am a 30 year old female with very large cheeks that bulge beyond my cheek bones when smiling. It’s a feature that makes me very insecure. The females in my family have similar features as well and our faces done slim down with age. This is something I have very interesting in improving.
