I have done an otoplasty 10 days ago. It was done the traditional way with cartilage/skin removal and permenant sutures. My ears look overcorrected and have that telephone deformity. The doctor assured me that once the swelling goes down and the ear relaxes, it will take a more natural shape but I'm afraid that they won't. Also, is there any treatment/remedy that could help in acheieving a more natural result like massaging or insterting a small guaze behind the ear to push it slightly. Help!
