One month after an otoplasty is still pretty early on and you can expect the incision to look better with time.  However, make sure to follow up with your surgeon and discuss your concerns.

I would recommend getting in contact with your primary care physician so they can run some tests to see what the headaches might be caused by. It is hard to connect the headaches and neck tiredness directly with the surgery that you had, but if a nerve was hit, that could be the answer.

There are no easy options/surgeries to increase the size of the ear.  If the ear is cupped, there may be some options. It is difficult to say without photos
