Thanksat this stage if anything the pressure and pain should go down unless there is an infection is present !Suggest urgent review by your surgeon!!BwJ TaheryConsultant ENT/Facial Plastic SurgeonChesterUK
Your surgery was very recent. It is certainly normal to have any variety of sensations in the surgical area this soon after surgery. The pressure you feel is most likely from edema or swelling, but it may also be due to cartilage grafting or even sutures dissolving. Also the nose may be numb this soon after surgery and many patients experience that as pressure or feeling swollen. If there is any redness or focal pain that might be due to inflammation or even infection(although the latter is rare). I would recommend contacting your surgeon and getting an evaluation. Hope this helps.
Its best if you contact your surgeon. If the tightening is associated with pain and redness then it may be possible that you have an infection and your surgeon needs to assess this. Hope this helps.
Thank you very much for this interesting question. To give post-operative advice, i like to individualize each patient according the surgery complexity, to garantize a better p.o. recovery and results, and even more if we talk about rhinoplasty, that can be very simple or very complex...
Rhinoplasty is possible at 30 and is the same as 20or 60. See a very experienced rhinoplastiy surgeon who does natural noses u like.

Dear jassyA simple rhinoplasty can significantly improve the harmony between your nose and the rest of your face. It can remove attention from your nose and bring attention to your eyes and lips. Look for expereinced plastic surgeons, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. See more...
It is a very common issue where a small chin can effect the profile significantly and make the nose look big as well. You can get a chin implant and then reassess your profile as that might suffice your needs. RegardsDr. J
