Does gaining fat increase the size of your forehead?

as in my hairline is receding and at the same time i dont have any hair loss , when i raise my eyebrows, my hairline lowers and my forehead decreases, what is the reason?

Photos cannot determine if you would be a good candidate for surgery.  You need an examination and the doctor needs to understand your goals and expectations. You need to have good communication with your doctor to understand what your end result will look like.

You're right, a bone paste or other treatment could fix this possibly.  Another option is to slide in, endoscopically, a small implant that could fix the area.I'd suggest getting a CT scan of your forehead and then sending it to an experienced surgeon.
