Cannot find a doctor who will perform this ENDOSCOPICALLY in my area. Currently on dehumanizing state insurance, solely being offered incision (definite scar) on forehead, from a PS who does endoscopic surgery regularly. Had one doctor who said he'd cut me in the hairline (not ENDOSCOPICALLY) but it'd be a 3 week recovery, heavy bruising down thru the neck region, and probable numbing in scalp for life with a scar there and potential hair loss? Please, what does this cost???

You have a scar and deformity from brow bone reduction. I would go back to your surgeon who should make this 'right' as you suggested to fill it in with bone cement
If you have a "big" forehead and would like a treatment options, see a doctor for a proper examination. Your doctor can give you options such as hair line lowering surgery or hair transplant surgery.
