Hello Community, I am 28 M from Dubai and recently have my hair transplanted by FUT method ( 4000 Grafts ) Its been almost a week now but I am feeling pain in my donor area. I called my surgeon and he advised me put some pyodine solution as it will help to dissolve Sutures and also with pain. How long does it take to get rid of the pain from donor area or its normal ?

Answer: It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.
Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 1000-1500 grafts might be good option for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best.
Scalp MicroPigmentation is a PERMANENT option to disguise a bad (scarred up) donor area from prior hair transplant surgery. It isn't clear why you may think SMP is not permanent. SMP may fade over time (just like a tattoo may fade). There isn't much you can do other than keep you hair long.
Most grafts are secure after 1 week, even if some scabbing is still present. To be safe I'd avoid any trauma (tight caps) or rubbing to the area for another week. Any concerns always follow up with your Dr.
