Is there a permanent solution to fix a badly harvested donor area? I started trimming my hair then I stopped. (Photos)

After a beard transplant 1 mth ago (2000 grafts), I'm totally disappointed when I see how look the back of my head. The shape of the donor area is like a square, ending roughly and a linear bald spot is really obvious on the bottom. I can't cut my hair under 8mm. My surgeon keep saying the scar will improve within a year but i doubt it... im really worry. I know smp is THE non permanent solution but is something permanent possible to make the low pattern more natural for faded haircut ?

Answer: Scalp MicroPigmentation is a permanent option to disguise a bad (scarred up) donor area from prior hair transplant surgery.
