When a new hair "sprouts" out and is like 0.5-5mm or so in length it is still thin. How long (generally) does it take for these new emerging hairs to reach their "mature" (for lack of a better word) thickness?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Actually I do not recommend smoking anytime because it prevent hairs to get enough oxygen. But especially you should not smoke any tobacco products before 3rd month.
