No sideburns due to facelift and lateral brow lift 10 yrs ago.

Loss of side burns is a tell-tale sign of having had a face lift, especially if the surgeon placed the original incision in front of the ear, instead of further forward at the hair line.  Similarly, too high a forehead can also result from a poorly placed browlift incision.
A hair transplant is a great solution to this problem, and can give great results when done properly, with attention paid to the direction and angle of hair graft placement.  The number of grafts required will depend on how large an area is involved, so photos would be helpful.
