Is it normal to have a big amounts of dry blood on my donor area? (Photos)

It’s my 4th day after FUE hair transplant (5000) and I Saltillo have a lot on dry blood on my donor area. The doctor didn’t recommend me to use any shampoo for the first 10 days. Is this blood Normal? Any suggestions to clean it?
