How can I reduce the risk of scratching my head when I'm asleep?

Asked By:Unluckyalways in London, GB

I have a chronic habit of scratching my head when asleep. Happens a lot now due to all the rubbish I use in my hair now i.e hair fibre and sticky sprays. I am concerned when I have a HT I may scratch my head and risk follicles to fall. Any suggestions how I can reduce this risk? Thank you.
