Does electrolysis after FUE destroy surrounding target hair?

I am planning to remove my transplanted hair. I am worry that electrolysis will not only destroy the hair that I want to remove but also the hair that I want to keep.

When done appropriately, electrolysis should be targeting the only the hair that is treated, and none of the surrounding areas.  Make sure that you go to someone who is qualified and well experienced with electrolysis, as what you describe can certainly occur with laser hair removal depending on the spot size.  Best of luck!
