I had my sclerotherapy 3 days ago and I'm wearing a thigh high compression but it's killing me at the top, can I wear a 20-30 mm pantyhose instead or it's not strong enough

Answer: Sclerotherapy and Compression Stockings You can wear pantyhose stockings that are 20-30 mm Hg - as long as the stockings cover the area that is injected and the strength is 20-30 mm Hg, it should be adequate. You are welcome to see us in our Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, CA office for further vein care. We take care of a lot of patients from the Emirates.

Answer: Compression Stockings after sclerotherapy I recommend 20-30 compression stockings for reticular vein (green veins) sclerotherapy only. I do not require my patients to wear compression stockings for spider veins. If you need to wear compression stockings then I see no reason why you can not change to a pantyhose for comfort.
