Is it possible to get rid of the broken capillary under my eye? (photo)

This is easily treated with laser or dessication.  I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist for treatment.  Best, Dr. Emer.

due to the spider vein on the lower eyelid. Lasers are precise enough to target
small and difficult areas such as this. This may only require a quick in-office
procedure. Do not give up!

The visible vessel beneath your eye could usually be treated with one session with a vascular laser.  Because it is so close to the eye be certain the treating physician uses appropriate eye shields.T

The capillaries you show in the picture are appropriately small and can be treated with laser or thermal technique called a hyfercator or RF technology as has been discussed by others in this forum. 

This capillary can be treated with either a laser or fine needle radio frequency. Care needs to be take close to the eye but they are treatable.
