I was told that I can't get this removed with the laser. I refuse to accept that there's nothing that can be done and that I'm stuck with this annoying broken capillary for the rest of my life. Please tell me there's a solution!?! There has to be something!

Hello. It seems that you are describing a vein involving the eye itself and not the areas outside of your eye. You should have your GP refer you to an eye specialist for further evaluation and treatment, if possible.
