I had a blue vein under each eye. Both were cauterized 4 days ago. The vein under my left eye coiled up & is a soft lumpy bulge under the left corner of my left eye. The vein under my right eye also coiled up, not as big as the left, & is also a soft lumpy bulge under the right center of my right eye. I asked my doctor & she said it would heal in anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. So, what can I do to speed up healing? Massage? Ice it? Put on warm compresses? Or do you have other suggestions?

Sclerotherapy is an excellent option for veins and spider veins on the legs and thighs. Depending on the size of your veins, the amount of time you need to wear the compression stockings will vary. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
