Presuming you are talking about saline implants, there are several things to consider: Each profile and size has a specified range of fill volumes, usually no more than 50 cc; so if you were at the maximum, maybe you could go down to the minimum BUT the implants would probably feel more ripply. The other question is how much a 50 cc volume reduction would accomplish in terms of appearance; usually at least a 100 cc difference is the minimum needed to justify making a change.
Thank you for your question. There are 2 basic types of implants: saline and silicone. While saline implants are filled in the operating room, it is not possible to remove fluid from them once the operation is over. Silicone implants are manufactured in a certain size and it is not possible to change the size of the silicone implant at all without damaging it.
Assuming you have saline breast implants in place and they are filled maximally, it may be possible to remove some volume from each breast implant. Whether this operation is indicated or not will depend on what your goals are, given that this minor amount of fluid removal will not necessarily lead to a significant change in breast appearance. I hope this helps.
