If you feel like your 300 cc implants are too small, you will need new implants. Regardless of the recommended fill volumes, the manufacture's warranty is voided if you re-canulate the implant to fill them.
You can overfill a saline implant even above the manufacturer's recommended range, but if you add too much volume, the implant will become firmer and more rounded in shape. Most women who want a size change usually need 75 to 100 cc more volume at a minimum. When that is the case, you are better off changing to a larger implant volume to keep the softness and appropriate shape.
You now have 300 mL implants, and feel they're too small. If you fill the implants more than the manufacturing companies suggests, the warranty is voided. Also if you add more fluid to your existing implants, the warranty is voided. To increase your breast size you will need new implants. I suggest increasing your size at least 100 mL to make an additional operation worth your while. An excellent alternative plan would be fat injections in addition to your present implants, providing you have areas that you would like liposuctioned. This would be particularly suitable if your present implants are behind the muscle. Thank you for your interesting question.
The different implant companies are different. Some max fill volume are 25 -50 cc's above the lower number. It is not recommended by the company to exceed those amounts.
The max fill volume depends on the profile of implant. It may either be 25 or 60cc depending on the profile implant you have. You will have to undergo surgery again to increase the volume. You may not notice a significant size difference even with 60cc added and may want to increase the size of your implants. Talk with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Well the max fill volume really depends on the type of saline implant you have. If you have a moderate 300cc saline implant the max fill is 325cc and moderate plus is 360cc. The implant can be filled anywhere from 300cc to the max recommended fill volume.
From a physicians perspective, when an implant is diagnosed as ruptured and encapsulated we normally recommend the implant be removed and replaced. The silicone can be found in the lymph nodes as your body cleans up the rupture, but this isn't normally associated with a functional issue. Mentor...
At first glance it doesn't seem like you have bottomed out. The lower breast would be much more stretched if that were the case. It looks as if your implants are held up. Try a moderate compression massage against the breast to help relax it. At some point you may need a revision surgery to help...
Success is defined by your satisfaction with the procedure. Of course by definition your breasts must be larger since you have implants. They may not be large enough to make you happy though. 375 cc is a modest implant and perhaps you had something bigger in mind. You...
