Im feel my 300 cc implants are too small
Answer: I think my implants are too small. Can they be overfilled? You now have 300 mL implants, and feel they're too small. If you fill the implants more than the manufacturing companies suggests, the warranty is voided. Also if you add more fluid to your existing implants, the warranty is voided. To increase your breast size you will need new implants. I suggest increasing your size at least 100 mL to make an additional operation worth your while. An excellent alternative plan would be fat injections in addition to your present implants, providing you have areas that you would like liposuctioned. This would be particularly suitable if your present implants are behind the muscle. Thank you for your interesting question.

Answer: New implants If you feel like your 300 cc implants are too small, you will need new implants. Regardless of the recommended fill volumes, the manufacture's warranty is voided if you re-canulate the implant to fill them.

Answer: Implants too Small You can overfill a saline implant even above the manufacturer's recommended range, but if you add too much volume, the implant will become firmer and more rounded in shape. Most women who want a size change usually need 75 to 100 cc more volume at a minimum. When that is the case, you are better off changing to a larger implant volume to keep the softness and appropriate shape.

Answer: Max fill volume for saline implant The max fill volume depends on the profile of implant. It may either be 25 or 60cc depending on the profile implant you have. You will have to undergo surgery again to increase the volume. You may not notice a significant size difference even with 60cc added and may want to increase the size of your implants. Talk with a board certified plastic surgeon.
