Post Op: Isolated Lower Pole Stretch? Bottoming Out? Or Something Else? (Photo)

JesseGee
3 months ago I got mentor silicone implants- 325ccs high profile, placed above the muscle. Although they look okay from the front, they look awful from the side and I don't have the fullness, cleavage or "fake" look that I wanted. I know it's hard to tell without a before picture. But before I had perky 34Bs, but they didn't have a lot of upper pole fullness. Plus I have thin skin&am prone to stretch marks- even though I'm 21 with no kids. What's wrong with my implants? Can this be fixed?
