Hello I've had lipo and a fat transfer my butt looks the same my dr told me go gain weight its been 5 weeks is this normal Im starting to feel like I wasted my money

Hello there and thank you for your question. It is disappointing when you have surgery and you do not get your desired result .This is a difficult question to answer  without seeing the before and after pictures. How much fat was transferred to your buttock region. You may want to submit pictures and probife the amount of cc's of fat that was transferred. This will help to answer your question more accurately . Thank you .

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
You are still early in the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient​. After a BBL, only about 70% of the transferred fat cells will survive, so you can expect a reduction in your buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
