I had a revision rhinoplasty in Oct 21 and during my 2-mth follow up I had kenalog 10 injected in to the sides of my nose. After developing indentations as a result, my surgeon and I opted to fill it with Voluma in Dec 21. I would like to dissolve it now because it's adding so much width to my nose, I'm afraid of ruining the healing process of my rhino as well as risk of indentation with hylauonidaise. If I wait it out, I fear that parts of it may never fully dissolve or develop into scar tissue

Thank you for your question. In this situation, a more conservative approach is likely going to be the best. I'd recommend waiting, as swelling from the surgery will continue to dissipate, as will filler (most fillers last between 6 - 12 months). If you're really in a hurry to reduce width, I'd ask the surgeon to be conservative in the amount of hyaluronidase injected. The lowest risk option is to wait for a few months more if you can.
