I had my tip and nostrils done about two years ago. I feel it looks the same as before. I want a more small refined narrow nose. When I went back to ask my dr who did my procedure he said he couldn't do the tip anymore because it's too thick and he took out as much as he could already. Anything else would cause huge problems he said. Is this something you agree with? Also would getting my tip done again to make it more narrow make my nostrils look wider?
