Hi, I'm 39. I've had 3 previous surgeries. 1st caused my nose to splay out wide on my face, 2nd didn't correct deviation, crookedness & asymmetry, 3rd one left me with tiny tip & bumps on cartilage & bones. Can I resize my ala both ways, add a defined naturally upturned tip, correct asymmetry & high radix, straighten dorsum & improve breathing on the right. Can I do a lip lift at the same time? Do I need a rib graft? My ideal nose is attached, is it achievable?
