What is the difference between Airsculpt lipo and Vaser lipo? Which one is better and how?

I am planning to have a lipo for my body but I don’t know which one to choose. I know there are many procedures out there but I want to know which one is better for me, I have some kind of saggy skin around my tummy and waistline so which ones fits this case better cause i don’t want to have a tummy tuck. Thanks for the question, I have written a few textbook chapters on liposuction along with safety regulations for the American Society of Plastic Surgery on liposuction as well. First, its the surgeon not the device or technology that matters the most. VASER or ultrasound has been well studied and is an approved device. I use it on almost every case because it melts the fat so it can be easily removed along with the fact that it preserves connective tissue and blood vessels which causes less bleeding, bruising, swelling, and downtime. Airsculpt seems to be a non studied device or technique used by one practitioner who is not a plastic surgeon, it may turn out to be something of merit but we have no science or explanation of what it actually is

Air Sculpt is laser liposuction and VASER uses ultrasound. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Machines are just a tool. The real result depends on the operator of the tool, the doctor. Choose your doctor and ask what tool he feels better working with to give you the result you want. If you have laxity, unfortunately you might need more work than just lipo, but I will leave that for whoever examines you to decide.
