Diarrhea During and After One Month off of Accutane?

As there are many causes of diarrhea, it sounds like you need to be evaluated by an internal medicine doctor.  It is unlikely that it is being caused by Accutane.  You might have an infection or some other medical problem.  I suggest you consult with your doctor.  Good luck.

The intermittent complaints you are experiencing do no seem related to the Isotretinoin, especially since you are off the medicine, but it is always good to have an in office visit with you prescribing physician to sort out issues such as this.  In over 14 years of prescribing Isotretinoin I have not had anybody with diarrhea complaints related to the medicine.  I would be more concerned with some other source for your problem, and you should consider evaluation with your Primary Care physician or a GI specialist as well.

I very much doubt the Accutane is related. Sounds like you have something else going on, or you most likely would have had this back in 09 too, as well as more during the actual course. I'd go to your general practice physician for an assessment, but Accutane is out of your system within a few days so this isn't related.
