As I research on virtual world about transpant and Reviews, Q&A on realself i found that there is no possibility to gain full head of natural hair and natural density!! Would anyone please explain his Hair volume? i just wana know that is it possible to get full head of hair with natural density?

Many men and women have cowlicks that they do not like.  A hair transplant surgery may be able to even out the empty areas.

In my opinion you should contact your surgeon as it can be an infection and you should maybe use some antibiotics. your surgeon will advise you about the details and what will be the best for your case.

There should be no issues with combing your hair or blow drying your hair 10 days after surgery.  Hot air setting should be fine unless it is so hot it burns your skin.

It would be unlikely that your hair follicles were mixed up with other patients next to you.  If you are concerned it is best to address your issues with your doctor.

It is normal to lose transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   It is not clear what the benefit of olive oir or castor oil may be.
