Confused about SALMAN KHAN hair transplant result! (Photo)

As I research on virtual world about transpant and Reviews, Q&A on realself i found that there is no possibility to gain full head of natural hair and natural density!! Would anyone please explain his Hair volume? i just wana know that is it possible to get full head of hair with natural density?

It is not possible to gain hair with surgery since surgery is only redistributing existing hair.  There is no way to tell what you are seeing on ads.  If it looks too good to be true, then it probably is.

Assuming it's a hair transplant and not a wig, if you looked at his scalp up closely and compared it to his original hair, you would see that he actually doesn't have identical density. Hair transplants are aimed to look like full density, but in reality it's simply not feasible to achieve. A good surgeon can make lower density hair look like normal hair.

Yes , that result may achieved with HT plus coverage make up as toppic etc. Several factors play a role in determining how much density we can accomplish with hair transplant:Donor area density, recipient site area, hair characteristics (curly versus straight hair) hair colour and hair shaft diameter are very important in determining the cosmetic density we achieve.

After taking a brief look for myself I would say that it is absolutely possible that he did have a hair transplant to achieve these results. If done properly and as long as the donor hair is sufficient. Amazing results are absolutely possible with a hair transplant procedure. A PRP treatment will also help to get a great result.
