Can I get lip fillers while on antibiotics (cipro) for UTI?

Gut2butt.   While it probably should not make a difference undergoing lip fillers while on antibiotics, I recommend that you put off the procedure for one week to allow the infection to completely resolve. There is no logical reason to undergo a minor elective procedure while there might still be an active infection in your body. Wait a week, get better, then go for the procedure. Best of luck.

I advise my patients that if they are unwell/ during their period/ have any infections then it is better to wait. With an autoimmune disease onboard, your immune system will be working hard any way and then adding a UTI to the mix. 
I would suggest waiting a week and then reconsidering. I think your overall experience will be better when you are at your best healthwise. 
There is no contraindication as such to having the filler, but in my experience, it tends to be more uncomfortable.

Yes, you can get lip fillers while on antibiotics. Lip augmentations with fillers is a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. Results can be very natural-looking and will feel very natural. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers to discuss your desired results and concerns.

I would wait a week or 10 days until you are well. It probably wouldn't alter anything but why take a chance? I like my patients well when we do these elective procedures. In addition since you have an auto immune problem why take a chance?  We like your immune system in good working order before doing these procedures.

There are no contraindications to getting lip fillers while on antibiotics. The ones we like at our clinic are Volbella and restylane silk bit there are other choices available.
