I can certainly help guide you, based on just the photo you submitted, and without the benefit of a physical exam. I’m Dr. Amiya Prasad. I’m a Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon and Fellowship Trained Oculoplastic Surgeon. I’ve been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years. Lip enhancement using filler is a very common procedure I perform in my practice, and I also often perform dissolution of lip filler performed in other practices before redoing the procedure. I usually take a conservative approach to lip filler application.
In my practice, I usually wait about 2 weeks for fillers to settle. If you feel that the appearance is unacceptable, you can have hyaluronic acid filler dissolved. The filler is dissolved with the enzyme hyaluronidase. Dissolution starts immediately, but it’s more noticeable the next day as the fluid is absorbed. Dissolution may require a second session to remove any remaining filler.

I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

Yes, I would get them dissolved and then go to an experienced injector. The placement of your filler isn't right and the sides of your upper lip have been missed completely.
